Next month, I am going to change my mobile handset, so I thought why don’t I share my favorite ringtones with you all?

I make my ringtones on Goldwave software. I am not expert mixer. I just try to do my best. Here are top 10 ringtones I made in last 2 ½ years.

     Last few days, I was busy with my next assignment. I collected information about Marathi stage legend: Balgandharva. I collected various material from Internet and presented it on blogger site. Most memorable thing is to collect his rare photo’s. I am trying to put lyrics of his songs and preparing them.

12 methods to keep your important documents safe

Human is a social animal! Don’t get shocked, I am not going to explain history of human being. It is true that today’s fast life introduced several documents and identity proofs to a human. These are very essential while living in society. Also, organizing and maintaining such documents become need of today.

Though this is not tough job but having such methods in written format makes you confident about your identity.

     Here I am giving some methods to organize your important documents and identity proofs.

1) Keep passbook of bank, ATM card of Bank, PAN card, Ration card, Election card and Cheque-book at one side of cupboard.

2) Make the birth certificate and death certificate in time and laminate them (or place them in plastic cover)

3) Documents related to Gas cylinder and regulator should be placed in envelope. It should be easily accessible as it requires periodically.

4) Make a file for 2/4 wheeler documents and its installments.  Its road tax and insurance related documents should be kept in it.

5) Insurance of shop or house, land agreements should be filed and kept updated.

6) Documents related to other income sources e.g. rent etc should be kept a side. They help to solve conflicts between other personnel and you. (You may not remember what actually happened in side businesses)

7) Investment documents should be attested with their photocopy. This is important!

8) Make a file regarding your all income sources. Don’t forget to attach income tax receipt to it.

9) Preserve your passport if you have. It is possible that your lost passport is used for wrong reason. Be aware of that.

10) Receipts of jewellery should be enveloped and placed securely.

11) Electricity, Water, Telephone and society bills should be at least preserved for 6 months.

12) Doctor reports, X-ray reports, medical prescriptions of sick family members should be preserved with their date and doctors contact no.

Recently, In May 2011, Environment department, Government of India approved a promise between South Korean company Pohang Iron and Steel Company (POSCO) and Orissa government.

Following arrangements have included in agreement;

1) According to Environment department, “Iron-energy harbor plant” of total 51,000 Crore will be Highest Direct foreign investment in India

2) Its Steel plant will produce 1,20,00,000 ton of steel. This project will solely produce steel which is equal to sum of steel production in Bhilai, bokaro, Durgapur, Raurkela, Barnpur and Salem.

3) 1,100 MW thermal power plant has been approved to supply energy required for this plant.

4) 200 acre land has been given to make a port for transportation of steel.

5) 1,000 acre land will be given for disposal of wastage of Fly ash produced in plant.

6) Another 1,000 acre land for settlement of workers houses.

Ready review: Salman is ready but “Ready” is not ready for audience

Salman is ready but “Ready” is not ready for audience

     After Dabang success, Salman fans were expecting another blast movie from him. Some of the fans were wishing for Hum Apke hai kaun type Sallu. But this time Salman Khan’s Ready movie failed to provide full entertainment to audience.

Here is the short review of movie Ready.

Act:

Salman has given his 100% for movie. Though Asin has given less screens than expected, she tried to put her all beauty and glamour to attract audience. Other characters also worked well. Every character suits for each situation but as a whole film, their response and behavior confuses people.

Script:

It looks like script has been modified for Zarine Khan’s character. Kapoor’s neighbor is unnecessary addition. Films script also cheats with Asin’s character. There is no role for asin after Intermission. All public first think about Salman then his marriage and then think about Asin!

Songs:

Ready songs are already popular in youngsters. “Dhink Chika” and “Character Dhila..” are rocking outside theatre. There is no charm in songs when they come on screen. “Humko pyar hua” is also rocking with its melodious lyrics. Overall, movie has great support from its songs.

Comedy:

About 35% comedy scenes are old. There is lots of fun after Paresh Rawal’s entry. Not only Paresh Rawal but all characters contribute a lot in making people laughing.

Vulgarity:

Mahesh Manjrekar’s “Wo…” style and fighting at marriage venue puts lot of vulgarity but it is suitable with films certificate. Film has U/A certificate.

Fighting:

There is no objection on this point when Salman is in movie. He continued his ‘Shirt removing’ style in this movie also.

Film report:

Overall, Salman tried to give his shy and tough looks in one film but script went wrong with him.

Is Vidya Balan following Rani Mukherjee?

    Vidya balan, the Ishquia girl is now busy in her upcoming film “The dirty picture”, based on southern sexy siren Vijayalakshmi, better known as Silk Smitha. Her allover behavior in industry is looking like following someone and that someone is nothing but Beep Mukherjee i.e. Rani Mukherjee [After watching No one killed Jessica, that beep comes in mind when I hear something about Rani :)]

Saree appearance:

She seems to be following Rani Mukherjee who rescued her place in Bollywood with “No one killed Jessica”. When Rani was ruling the industry, she also tried the desi funda of appearing in award functions in saree.

     After last success No one killed Jessica, Vidya is also appearing in desi look in award functions and promotions. This may be happening due to the fact that both actresses have same designer Sabyasachi mukherjee.

Off bit roles:

     Second thing to observe is that Rani has still demand in the industry due to her off bit roles. She plays very different roles and makes them outstanding. Her movie Black, Laaga chunari mein daag, Dil bole Hadippa!, No one killed Jessica, Sawariya gave her lots of space in B’town.

     Vidya Balan is also trying to go on Rani’s path. Her movie Paa, Bhool Bhulaiyaa, Ishquia, No one killed Jessica shows her interest in off bit roles. And now she is going for hatke role i.e. Silk Smitha.

   Lets see what happens with Silk Smitha and Vidya’s new strategy of following….

Fake PAN card. What to do?

     PAN (Permanent Account Number) cards in Maharashtra are now on the hit list of “fake market”. Thousands of fake PAN cards are being made by using the information, available on the government website.
Near about 30,000 fake PAN cards are issued in Maharashtra because Income and sales tax department found 30,000 miss-matching PAN Cards when checked them on computer.
Pan card is reliable proof at government offices as ‘ration card identity’ become complex and unreliable. Private agent companies, who prepare the original PAN card, are becoming main source of “Fake PAN card” issue.
According to specialist, who knows PAN card procedure, the Fake PAN racket is working in Mumbai and Surat. Making fake card in Surat is easy and safe. Government is unable to reach the thief due to PAN card security policy.

Fraud Cases:
1. Vishwas Malegaonkar, Senior officer in private company in New Delhi had a plot in Nasik. His plot has sold by using fake PAN card.
2. Congress Municipal servant of Neral was caught in PAN cad checking during election of Neral municipality.
3. Pramod Nair of Mumbai had done lots of fraud in medical field.
4. ATS (Anti Terrorist Squad) found three Bangladesh female with their PAN card.

How to check for fake PAN card?

Charted Accountant Mr. R S Baste tells that there is no provision to check same PAN cards identity on multi PAN cards.
One can go through following steps to ensure your Pan card identity.
1. Go to http://www.incometaxindia.gov.in.
2. Type your name in E-filing tax process.
3. Your Birth date will be asked. Provide it.
4. Provide your E-mail ID
5. You will get an e-mail on your E-mail ID which gives you a code
6. After typing that code, you will get information about your PAN card which tells whether it is Original or Fake.

OR

1. Go to http://www.mahavat.gov.in
2. Type your PAN card number.
3. A message will be displayed which tells whether your PAN card is Original or Fake
